STYLE SERVICES POLICY

Appointment dates generally take place within 1-3 weeks of purchase. No refunds.

Payments/Cancellations

Teach Me:

Service must be confirmed with payment at least seven days before appointment.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required. Between 24 and 72 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. There is no refund for Teach Me session cancellations within 24 hours of booked appointment.

Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your appointment, a $25 rescheduling fee to reschedule.

Free Me/New Me:

New Me: Packages not purchased through perfectlyclaire.com must be confirmed with 50% deposit seven days or more before appointment.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required. Within 72 hours a $100 cancellation fee will apply. There is a 50% cancellation fee for session cancellations within 24 hours of booked appointment.

Rescheduling: Should you need to reschedule your style session appointment, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all services. Within 72 hours a $50 rescheduling fee will apply. If not purchased through perfectlyclaire.com and not paid for in full, the total balance for proposed and agreed to services must be rendered to confirm a new appointment. There is a 50% cancellation fee for session cancellations within 24 hours of booked appointment.

Offline purchases:

A 50% deposit is required to calendar hold a Free Me or New Me appointment at least one week before appointment.

Payment plans:

Broken into thirds and available with a fee of 10% for Free Me and New Me packages.

SPACE TRANSFORMATION SERVICES:

A 50% deposit is required to calendar hold an appointment and must be confirmed with payment at least one week before appointment.

Cancellation Policy within New York City:

Should you need to reschedule your space transformation appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for all services. Within 48 hours, a $100 cancellation fee will be added to agreed upon project total cost and retained as a penalty. Should you cancel services altogether within 48 hours of first set appointment, $200 or 50% of project total cost (whichever is greater) will be retained as a penalty. 

Cancellation Policy for Projects Out-of-City:

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 1 week's notice is required for all services. Within 5 days, a $100 cancellation fee will apply. Within 48 hours, a charge of $200 or 50% of the services booked (whichever is greater) will be retained as a fee. Should you cancel services altogether within 72 hours of first set appointment, $300 or 50% of project total cost (whichever is greater) will be retained as a penalty. 


Out-of-City Travel

All packages and shopping service rates are based on shopping within the NYC metro area. I am more than happy to travel to help you with your shopping needs. Out-of-city travel fees are $50 per hour.
